Practice will start with some warm up for the spine and then build into a chair flow. Stick around to learn how to do some handstand prep work on the chair – you will just need a sturdy chair and a wall space at home.
7 Day Grounded Series
This 7 day offering is an opportunity for us to come together collectively to explore practices that offer us grounding, release, stability, calm, and compassion. 2x daily classes will be added each day from Monday August 23 – Sunday August 29.
Join Hannah for a short acupuncture practice exploring 3 points we can use to help ground and calm ourselves, regulate our emotions and move through frustration, and relieve aches and pains and boost our immune system.
Join Jess for this 20 minute slow flow practise where we will channel the bio directional current of the earths energy through our skeleton. This will help us find more ease in movement and be in the lived experienced of our relationship with the earth.
In this moving meditation with Jess we will focus on the downward pull of gravity that funnels through our skeleton. To support this, we will open up through the bone of our sacrum to allow the energy of our upper body to flow into the earth.
Join Lucia for a 50 minute somatic groundwork practice exploring our relationship with gravity and the floor through rocking, rolling, pushing, and yielding – recalling the pleasure of moving through sensation.
Join Lucia for a 10 minute visualisation practice that works with the root chakra by letting go of whatever we need to let go of and creating space for fresh energy to move through.
Join Hannah for a 20 minute vinyasa practice that centers around the hands and the feet, as we explore ways to create a stable foundation to support us in our practice and throughout the day.
This 30 minute slow flow practice with Elisa offers you a chance to find a slow rhythm within your body and mind. Moving to expand and connect with the breath to support frustration and create expansion.
This 10 minute pranayama practice with Elisa is a gentle way to offer ease to your mind and body. This practice invites you to focus on the breath as a container of support for anxiety or overwhelm.
