Pathway to Pincha Series
This series of practices and lectures was created by Hannah to support you on your path to Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Stand) but more than that it was designed to educate and inspire you to move intelligently and with purpose. The series includes a welcome video explaining the series, 3 anatomy lectures, 3 asana practices, and 10 short movement drills.
While together these practices provide a pathway to the pose pincha mayurasana, they also stand on their own to support increased mobility and stability in the shoulders and hips and increased strength and stability in the core, to provide anatomical information that can be useful to everyone regardless of their movement practice, and to offer progressive and accessible ways to explore the actions and engagements of forearm stand.

Working With Our Energetics - 4 Part Kundalini Yoga Series
We generally go through life utilising our physical body, but in Kundalini yoga we have nine other bodies and eight chakras which all help us thrive in this life. The workings of our individual Energetics and the 10 bodies are as important as our physical anatomy and physiology in terms of health and wellbeing. Through balancing and strengthening our ‘other’ bodies, we can bring more balance and harmony into our life.
Join Joanna for 4 weeks of Kundalini Yoga starting with the Auric Body (7th body) and journey through the Pranic Body (8th body), the Subtle body (9th body) and the Radiant body (10th body). These classes are suitable for beginners and will involve a seated physical warm-up and seated meditation with some verbal explanation. They will be accessible for all who can find Sukhasana (a comfortable seat)- on the floor, chair or any other form- for 20 minutes.
“Other animals, in a constant and mostly unmediated relation with their sensory surroundings, think with the whole of their bodies.” ― David Abram

Listening Series
This series created by Kristiarne Wilson is inspired by the intention of firstly investigating what are the ingredients that make up deep, compassionate listening and how we could be better listeners both towards ourselves, our loved ones, friends and family – even the people we struggle with and generally the world around us. Particularly we will get curious about the attitudes that I believe make up deep inner listening – Patience, Presence, Curiosity and Loving Kindness.
Curiosity
We will begin with a body scan, then move into a creative mindfulness exercise seeking to maintain and explore deeper the gifts of staying curious married with loving kindness.
Patience
In this grounding vinyasa class with Kristiarne we will deliberately move slowly as a tool towards discovering or re-remembering you can be patient within no matter the quality of your being.
Presence
In this class with Kristiarne we will move towards harnessing our attention through the focus of breath.
Loving Kindness
This is a heart opening vinyasa practice led by Kristiarne that moves into the energy of the heart.
Sound Sleep Series
Sound Sleep is a mini series designed by Maud Léger to help you fall asleep, sleep through the night and feel refreshed in the morning!
Why? Every major physiological system within the body and every single operation of the brain is enhanced when we sleep and tremendously impaired when we don’t get enough sleep. Yet, almost 90% of Australians report having trouble sleeping, with 30% experiencing a severe sleeping disorder.
There are over 70 different defined sleep disorders either affecting sleep quantity or sleep quality, and the causes of sleep issues are most commonly due to: overly stimulated mind, physical restlessness, laborious digestion, hormonal imbalances, substance/screen consumption that inhibit sleep receptors, or blocked REM sleep.
In this course, you will be guided through slow mindful movement and stretches, paired with self-massage, soothing breath techniques and lifestyle tips to help you sleep soundly through the night.
Before pressing play, make sure you are ready for bed – you have showered, brushed your teeth, you have prepared what you need for tomorrow (ie. schedule, clothes, lunch packed…), turn off the lights in the house, so at the end of class you can slide into sleep.
Let It Be
This 20 minute class with Maud – part of her Sound Sleep Series – is done low to the ground, with plenty of inversions to prepare for sleep.
