Day 3 – Yielding: An Art in Itself

Join Lucia for a 50 minute somatic groundwork practice exploring our relationship with gravity and the floor through rocking, rolling, pushing, and yielding – recalling the pleasure of moving through sensation. 

Day 3 – Recharge by Releasing

Join Lucia for a 10 minute visualisation practice that works with the root chakra by letting go of whatever we need to let go of and creating space for fresh energy to move through.

Lucia welcomes you to day 3 of our 7 day Grounding Series and explains a little about her visualisation and movement offerings.
